Beyond Numerics employees are eligible for some of the following benefits based on experience, qualifications and employment status

Medical Insurance

POS and HMO plans are available for New Jersey employees.
A PPO plan is available for employees outside of New Jersey.
Prescription drug coverage.
Maternity coverage.
Routine wellness Care.
Medical insurance is effective the first day of the month following your start date. Beyond Numerics pays 75% of the premium for employees.

Dental Insurance

Preventative Services paid at 100%, no deductible.
Basic Services paid at 80% after a $50 deductible.
Major Services paid at 50% after a $50 deductible.
Orthodontic Services paid at 50% to a lifetime maximum of $1000 for dependants under 19 years of age.
Beyond Numerics pays 75% of the premium for employees.

Vision Insurance

Our vision plan covers basic eyeglass exam with a $10 co-pay and a $20 co-pay for frames and lenses (up to a maximum benefit - see plan for details). Contact lens coverage is available as well
Beyond Numerics pays 75% of the premium for employees.

Life Insurance
Our life insurance carrier is MetLife and the first $25,000 of life insurance is paid 75% by Beyond Numerics.

Accident and term life insurance.

401(k)
After 90 days of continuous employment, associates may elect to participate in our 401(k) plan with a 50% match on the first 6% of contributed earnings. Our plan is through Best of America. You may contribute a maximum of 15% of your pay or a pre-determined set dollar amount not to exceed the annual maximum allowable contribution.

Direct Deposit
Associates may elect direct deposit of their paycheck.

Referrals

Submit Resumes

• All referrals are paid 45 days after the referred has begun the assignment. In order for a candidate to be credited as your referral, the name, phone number and email address of the potential candidate must be supplied to the Beyond Numerics recruiting team. Our recruiting team will then check our database to ensure that Beyond Numerics has not been in contact with the candidate referred for the past six months. If the referred candidate has not been in contact with Beyond Numerics within this time frame, then you are eligible for the referral bonus!
